• 15 hours, Nov-Dec 2025. Proof of Competence (PoC) successfully completed. Certificate received on 8/12/2025

• In this course I explored Constructive Alignment the basic element of course design. In one session I focused on the formulation of Learning Objectives (LOs) and in the other I applied principles of Constructive Alignment in student supervision.

• UTQ Supervise

• 30 hours, Apr-May 2026. Proof of Competence (PoC) under preparation.

• This course is related to supervision of thesis or internships, at BSc, MSc or PhD level.

• In this course I learned to: 

  • Create a timeline for effective supervision (including strategies for considering expectations, motivation, supervision roles, intercultural considerations and feedback moments) , 

  • Apply conversational skills (active listening, asking open questions, LSD) during a supervision meeting  

  • Reflect on my current performance as supervisor in real life supervision situations 

  • Demonstrate motivational strategies to create a safe learning environment  

  • Provide constructive feedback in an educational setting  

  • Reflect on my roles and responsibilities as a supervisor 

  • Conduct a 360 evaluation and collect information (data) purposefully to improve my supervision 

  • Analyse evaluation results

  • Create a development plan based on my conclusions including tangible steps towards improvements.

• UTQ Electives: Intercultural Communication for Education/Supervision

• 9 hours, Sept-Oct 2026

• I will explore how cultural norms, communication styles, and verbal and non-verbal cues can influence interaction with students. I will also work with practical strategies for addressing complex intercultural situations that may emerge while working with students coming from different cultures.

• 1 hour, 28/05/2026, online training on "Understanding Neurodiversity". From ENHANCE Alliance.

The training was related to Neurodiversity with focus on High Sensitivity at Work.

• 1 hour, 14/04/2026, online training on "Inclusive communication". From ENHANCE Alliance.

Key topics covered: Inclusive communication principles, enclusive vs exclusive language, case study: inclusive event promotion, practical strategies, bias and everyday language awareness, interactive participation discussing personal experiences.

• 1 hour, 10/02/2026, online training on "Anti-bias". From ENHANCE Alliance.

Key themes discussed: Types of bias and "-isms", Microaggressions and everyday language, reframing and inclusing alternatives, intersectionality and invisible majorities, practical actions for moving forward.  

• 1 hour, 15/10/2025, online training on "Same words, different meanings". From the TU Delft.
